Massage
is a therapy with which most people are familiar - and have perhaps
experienced its beneficial and soothing effects for themselves.

manipulation of the soft tissue to release tense muscles and trapped
toxins ( the
result of sports activities , poor posture or just the stresses of
life ). An altogether restorative experience which improves the quality of the skin, stimulates the circulation ,relieves tension and helps to stimulate the body's natural defences. |
